Free State Stadium

In furtherance to the implementation of 2010 FIFA World Cup, a tier-two to be added to the main grandstand on the west side of the field, increase the profits of the 36,538 capacity to 48,000 which is a mandatory feature for the venues of the game - the game's first round (group stage) and the second half. Additions - other additions will be performed include: swivel gate will be erected, lights - the spotlight will be multiplied, electronic scoreboard will be installed, the sound will be changed, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and media facilities will be improved.
Free State Stadium, also known as Vodacom Park Stadium (English: Vodacom Park Stadium) is a stadium located in Bloemfontein, South Africa, and is used as the venue for several rugby union and soccer as well.

Bloemfontein government will receive 221 million South African rand to upgrade the stadium. Although estimates spending 245 million South African rand, the local city government has declared to not spend 21 million South African Rand from the request. Bid has been adpertensikan in February and March 2007 and was expected to be awarded in May. It is estimated that the upgrading of the stadium will begin in July 2007.
